Joe Paradiso is the owner and founder of Process Mapping Associates Inc. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Ryerson University in Toronto, earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) in Atlanta and is a Senior Member of IISE. Joe has been performing process mapping for large organizations since 1997 and has mentored or coached numerous Consultants and Clients on the subject. He is an expert at facilitating process mapping/improvement workshops with frontline employees or management to lead the process discovery discussions and practices a process mapping methodology which focuses on a cross-functional team based approach that supports organizations in finding their own internal solutions to business problems. Joe has also created a comprehensive and affordable introductory process mapping training module in 5 different languages (English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese-Mandarin). Furthermore, he has spoken at numerous conferences, guest lectured at local universities and has authored numerous articles on process mapping. Away from the office he enjoys sports, traveling, music and live stage plays.
