Course Details:
Students will understand the essential details of process mapping. Particular attention will be placed on explaining what are process attributes and enablers, the elements of a cross-functional process map, where process mapping can be applied in business and a description of the challenges, limitations and benefits of process mapping. Furthermore, students will have enough knowledge to begin using Visio immediately and each student will receive a Visio training manual.
