BIOGRAPHY
Joe Paradiso is a Senior Business Process Consultant and founder of Process Mapping Associates Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University, is a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt. Joe has been performing process mapping for large organizations since 1997 and has mentored or coached numerous Consultants and clients on the subject. He practices a process mapping methodology which focuses on a cross-functional team based approach that supports organizations in finding their own internal solutions to business problems. Joe has spoken at numerous conferences, is a regular guest lecturer to local universities and has authored numerous articles on process mapping.
